Joe was very responsive and accommodating. However, the shipment was made to the east coast through a stop in Indianapolis at the mid of the night. The package arrived as scheduled but the heat pack was cold and the water temperature was very low. Initially in the package, most of the shrimp were not moving at all.
All 5 plecos survived and are doing well. They arrived pure white--imagine the stress of the shipping--and have since regained their colors.
Among the 22 red neo shrimp, 1 arrived dead, 3 were dead overnight. The casualty continued. We estimate that the total survival is about 8-10 (the most we can visibly count is 8).
Among the 15 tiger shrimp, 2 died within 2 days. We cannot count them very well as they are much smaller and hide a lot. We estimate we have less than 10 left.
All seemed to be good quality to start. The surviving ones look good. I am amazed other buyers can get no casualty. I expected some, but what we got was very high. Would not recommend buy in the winter to ship across the country. Making a stop at one of the coldest places does not help.

Good looking actual fire reds. The title says fire reds and that’s the color you get, NOT sakura or cherry grade, but actual nice solid fire reds

I just started my shrimp journey in 2 tanks so I've been buying a lot of shrimp here or there from a lot of sources, and this order was by far the best. I've used Amazon and multiple eBay sellers, and Joe's was the fastest delivery and I was extremely happy with my experience. These are the (barely) 2nd deepest red in my tank, and they cost half what the other ones did!

They sent me a ton of extra shrimp. And at least half of them came in bearing eggs! They all showed up fine save for one or two but they sent so many extras, i still had more shrimp than what I thought I was getting! I'm super grateful I'll definitely be ordering from them again

I ordered 10+1 and only 7 survived. I only have 2 females and the rest are all males, which according to the description, I was supposed to have more females verse males. The packaging was good and nothing leaked so at least the journey was good.
