Shipping Options and Policy

We only ship our living stock with FedEx Overnight, and orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after ordering. Our regular shipping day is from Monday to Wednesday, so your package will be delivered from Tuesday to Thursday. A cold/heat pack will be added for free based on the weather.

All living stocks need to be starved for at least 12 hrs before shipping, so we cannot ship your order on the same day you place it. If you have a specific delivery date, please note it in the ORDER and DELIVERY COMMENTS when you check out or write us an email after your order is confirmed. 

We do offer a shipping discount when your order meets a certain amount and free FedEx Overnight shipping will be applied once your order amount is over the request. The shopping cart system will calculate the shipping cost automatedly when you check out.

Due to high shipping costs, we have to pack your order in the most efficient way with the least DOA.  If you want us to bag your order with different species separately, we will mark up some handling fee based on your request.
