Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name
The messages, photos and other content you send us (for example, order questions or DOA photos)
Delivery status of messages we send you (sent / delivered / read)

How we use it

To answer your questions, such as shipping schedules and DOA claims
To process and follow up on your orders and shipments
To forward questions our automated assistant cannot answer to Joe, so he can reply to you personally

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We only send you promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them.

Who processes it

Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): delivers messages between you and us
Telegram: used internally to notify Joe of your message so he can reply
Google: hosts our shipping schedule and order sheets

These services process data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep message records only as long as needed for customer service, orders and DOA claims, and for our business and tax records.

Stop messaging us at any time, or tell us to stop sending you messages
Ask us to see or delete your information by emailing sales@joesaqua.com or sending us a message on WhatsApp
